Tania has been specializing in recruitment and headhunting for almost 10 years.

After launching her career as a Research Associate for an Executive Search Boutique in Zurich, she helped rebuild the Banking & Financial Services division of a global recruitment firm in Zurich before becoming the Managing Director of two staffing and recruitment firms in Basel.

Tania has a Master's degree in Business Management and speaks German, English, and French.
