Job Assignment

You have requested assistance and expressed interest in receiving suitable profiles for your vacancy. This request can be conveyed verbally, such as over the phone, or in writing, for instance, via email.

Providing context and pertinent details about the vacancy ensures that you do not miss any chances. Key information includes:

  • Primary responsibilities and collaboration points

Evaluation & Pre-Selection

We engage in comprehensive discussions with potential candidates, carefully evaluating their application documents. Our process involves a thorough comparison of candidates’ qualifications and professional experiences with the skills profile you’ve delineated. Moreover, we assess how well the candidate’s personality traits and aspirations align with the essence of your job offer and corporate culture. When we identify promising intersections, we prepare and present this information for your consideration.

Introduction

You receive resumes, certificates, and diplomas, along with our assessment of suitable candidates for your vacancy. Upon request, references can be obtained and included at this stage. However, this step is typically deferred to a later time.

If desired, we provide additional insights from our interviews with the candidates verbally, address any remaining questions, or gather further details. You then select your preferred candidates to whom you wish to extend an invitation for an interview.

Coordination & Consulting

We will gladly support you in coordinating interviews with candidates that have caught your eye and help you ensure a constant flow of information throughout the selection process. Never hesitate to ask for our help in gathering crucial information or developing creative solutions in tricky situations, should they arise during the process.

Negotiation & Signing

It’s starting to get exciting; you have discovered your favorite candidate and want to bring them on board. Let’s not leave it up to chance. We maintain close touch with our Great Minds and advise you on how to avoid potential pitfalls at this stage.

Onboarding Support

Your new hire has joined you and the first three months, the trial period, are crucial for both parties in setting a successful course together.
