We get it. With all the tools and technologies available to us online, it feels like we’re perfectly equipped to handle everything, including our job search, on our own. Here’s why working with a recruitment agency can be worth it anyways:

As have we. Negative perceptions exist in every industry, including recruitment. However, it’s important to recognize the diversity within the field, ranging from quality-focused agencies to those driven solely by profit. Despite the prevalence of negativity bias, which tends to emphasize negative experiences, we encourage you to consider working with us.
Allow us to demonstrate how recruitment agencies can positively impact your job search.
While we don’t promise miracles, we commit to:
We’re here to make a difference.
Reach out, and let’s explore how we can assist you.
By submitting your CV and application paperwork you consent to us processing the information shared in them for the goal of supporting you in your career development and job search (see Privacy Policy).
It goes without saying that this information will not be shared with anybody without your prior consent.
Data privacy / protection and confidentiality are our top priorities that we take very seriously. For the sake and in the interest of all parties involved, your information will thus only be shared with employers and for roles that we have discussed and for which you have voiced an interest. You are free to request information about your profile or the deletion thereof at any point in time.
We occasionally receive inquiries suggesting that collaborating with us on non-exclusively mandated roles may not offer added value to our candidates. However, consider this:
Six out of ten candidates we’ve successfully placed in new positions found their roles because we introduced them into a non-exclusive recruitment process at precisely the right time.
While it’s intuitive to assume better odds with exclusive agency involvement, there is a trade-off with choice (i.e. number of jobs available to you) to consider. Here’s why: Exclusive roles, commonly known as headhunting, entail a more comprehensive process that often ties up significant resources. Moreover, some companies are reluctant to entrust agencies with exclusive roles and prefer to diversify their talent pool sources. Therefore, whilst your odds of securing a particular exclusively mandated job may be higher, note that you might be missing out on non-exclusive jobs, that you are not made aware of through headhunters handling exclusive roles only.
In contrast, as an agency handling both exclusive and non-exclusive roles, our approach takes a broader perspective. We select roles based on our candidate pool and vice versa, enabling targeted support for both candidates and companies. By remaining agile and proactive, we continuously match job requirements with candidate profiles and can react to your dream job popping up in the market.
Discover more about the value we bring in our FAQ titled “Why should I work with a recruitment agency?”
You are well within your rights to check out other job opportunities and we encourage you to do so. Employers do exactly the same by evaluating several candidates for the same role, so why shouldn’t you? Weighing options and picking what feels right is important for both the company and the applicant.
For our collaboration, we count on your transparency and collaboration.
Your preferred employer might be leaning towards another candidate. We’re almost sure that you would want to know in order to start planning alternatives for yourself.
Your potential employer feels the same way.
It’s only normal that you might spot other roles that suit you better and where you’re more likely to land. Sharing that information with us allows us to include other candidates and avoid last-minute surprises.
And don’t worry about ruining your chances.
If it’s meant to be, it will be. Having another contender in the running won’t change that.
When working with a recruiter, it’s important to understand that finding the right job takes time. While we understand the desire for a quick outcome, timing is crucial in recruitment. Matching you with the perfect job involves various factors, including timing, location, qualifications, salary, and team dynamics.
Our primary goal is to match job seekers with suitable roles. Nevertheless, it’s essential to remember that the ideal job may not be available immediately.
We work with the given supply of jobs in the market, which may not align with your timing. So bear with us, we’re working on finding the right solution for you.
Our process involves the ongoing matching of job requirements with candidate qualifications and interests. We constantly search for suitable roles based on the candidates we meet and vice versa.
If you haven’t been contacted for a role you’ve seen advertised, feel free to reach out to us. We’ll gladly double-check and involve you in the process if suitable. And if you feel that you haven’t heard from us in too long and want to touch base again – call us, we’re always delighted to have a quick chat and catch-up with our Great Minds!
As people who are all about helping others, we would love to give you a leg up in this situation. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work that way. Once you have applied directly for a position, we are afraid it is out of our hands.
We are always happy to help out where we can. We therefore recommend checking in with us before applying to a position directly, just in case we have a touchpoint we can use in your favor.
We would love to help! However, we strongly advise against this approach. Applying to the same role twice – irrespective of the channels you use – will do you more harm than good.
In general, one thing you want to avoid at all cost during your job search is redundancies.
Companies expect their potential employees to operate in an organized manner and with integrity. If they get a sense that candidates have either lost track of their applications or, worse, are resorting to unfair practices, they will send the applications in question straight to the rejection pile.
In this context, we would also like to remind you to be cautious of whom you entrust with your applications documents and to make sure that they only share your information with potential employers with your prior consent. Unfortunately, experience has shown that not all agencies follow the same standards.
We are glad you asked! One of the advantages of working with a recruiter that we have not yet mentioned is that, as a candidate, it costs you: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
Recruitment agencies are remunerated by the companies that partner with them to find new talent for their teams. Our candidates thus benefit from our services free of charge.
Short answer: Of course.
Regardless of the reason that caused you to pursue new employment: The decision is personal and you have the autonomy to share it as you see fit.
We respect your privacy and will operate discreetly to support you until you’re ready to share your plans publicly.
If reference checks are necessary, we can collaborate to identify suitable individuals, such as trusted colleagues or former supervisors, to vouch for your capabilities. This is a standard part of the process and nothing to fret about.
